To be honest, I have never tried anything from Bourjois before, and I was looking for nothing in particular, I was actually looking for lipstick for a friend when I saw this range. The two colours I was particularly drawn to was 03 and 04 (swatched below). 03 was a nude, tangerine colour and 04 was a nice dusty pink that reminded me a lot of the Essence All About Cupcake. After a lot of umming and ahhing, I went for 03 since I don't own any colours like that!
The formula is very very nice - very smooth, pigmented and feels super moisturising! I'm so excited to try this out :)

The lipstick cost $19, which was a bit steep for my liking, but I liked it so much that I went for it. What gave me the incentive to really go for it was that you get a GWP if you spend $15 on Bourjois! I received a full sized mascara (RRP$19.95) and a pair of sunnies in a cute, pale pink pouch.
If you go to priceline, check out this range and let me know what you think about it! :)
I haven't tried Bourjois but their products tend to get pretty good reviews. The f/s mascara is another bonus :)

I tried this lipstick out over the weekend and I really loved it. Only issue I had with it was that it didn't have an amazing staying power (unlike MAC lipsticks etc) but its a gorgeous colour, and it fades off evenly so you don't look like you have blotchy lips!
DeleteThey've got this range on ASOS for about five dollars cheaper if you want more of these lipsticks. I think you've convinced me to finally grab one :)
ReplyDeleteI saw it in priceline on sale for less than $10 (I think)...worth having a look first so you don't have to wait for your lipstick to arrive by snail mail :P I was so upset when I saw it since I paid full price! Isn't that the worse feeling? :P
